In a bid to help more men and their families find the answers to these questions, and find out more about prostate cancer, a confidential nurse-led Helpline is free to callers from UK landlines. The freephone number is 0800 074 8383 and will be available from Tuesday 26th September 2006 from 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday.

Membership is just £5 and entitles you to regular copies of the group's newsletter the 'SUPPORTER' and up-to-date news of events and activities. PSA testing is not a diagnostic tool but gives an indication as to whether further investigation is needed. All men over 50 should have a regular PSA test.
